Online Surf Training for Better Mobility and Strength
SD SURF STRENGTH was created by lifelong San Diego surfers and personal trainers. We have combined our knowledge of fitness and the human body with science-backed, surf-specific strength training and mobility exercises. We wanted to create an easily accessible, home workout program that included all of the aspects of training that surfers benefit from. The result for you is better movement, more waves, better fitness, fewer injuries, and a stronger, leaner body.
