This online program is designed to supplement your current exercise routine or as a starter for building foundational core strength.

The details:

  • 3 workouts per week

  • Do the workouts anytime of day

  • 30 minutes each

  • Built for beginner and great for supplementing an advanced strength program.

  • Minimal Equipment needed: 1 medium resistance band, 1 light (3-8 lbs) to moderate (10-20lb) dumbbell (or heavy if advanced).

  • Delivered with videos in our app.

  • Messaging with your coach

  • Private facebook page with core strength tutorials and tips from Dr. Tracy Temmel
