As a lifelong athlete, movement has become a passion. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years now. I started my fitness career working in San Francisco for a corporate gym where I learned the ins and outs of sales, program design, and customer service. I served as an elite trainer, Assistant Fitness Manager, & also the interim Fitness Manager.
Since then, I have coached clients independently, both online and in-person, focusing on functional movement, nutrition, and sleep hygiene. When creating client programs, I structure them according to the clients needs, fitness level, and long term goals.
I typically train using dumbbells, barbell training, kettlebell concepts, TRX suspension, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)/tabata/GVT (German Volume Training), and calisthenics. I have also coached functional group fitness classes.
Having experienced so many levels of fitness and clients from different walks of life, I feel as though I can support any client given their specific goals and limitations. Proper form, enjoyment, & safety are of the highest importance to me. The energy of taking in-person clients and being able to help them reach their wellness goals give me true purpose are the reasons I chose to be a coach all those years ago.
My unique approach supports clients on a mind/body/soul level and focuses on themes of self-love, awareness, and overall transformation. My main goal is to encourage people to love themselves and reclaim their personal power through balanced wellness.
